Hey guy's,just wanted to let you know you brew some great beer, hopdinger is far my #1,but Ido love my IPA's,anyway glad you guy's showed up ,hope it will we be yearly stop for ya.It's good to know that a small brewer like O'so is a pretty close company to merrill, and your beer is alwasy at reach! THANK YOU. The fat guy with the goofy beer hat. Barleyfest, merrill,WI.
Hi:

Yesterday I was in Madison and stopped by Steve's Liquor. Two of your brews were displayed and seeings how I'm am all about Wisconsin beer I thought I'd give Night Train a try. Hot Damn. This could just be the best beer I have ever had. I salute you on this fine beer. I'll be looking for more of your products here in Delavan, WI. Thank you.

Hi Mark and Katina and everyone at O'so Brewing,

Thanks for the beer!

I'm glad to see you doing well and making good beer (tho the first couple of batches I tasted down here were iffy); call me converted!

Years back I was very happy to be a customer of yours at the original PBS when my sales route took me through Stevens Point and I hope to visit the brewery at some point (when I get a day or two off!)

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I liked the Jack's Lantern (drink it at room temp!!!!) and the Lupulin Maximus (I bought it for the hop cone) is really really good, and not hugely bitter (but it is very hoppy).  Unfortunately the O'toberfest went so quickly I didn't get a chance to buy a six pack!  That's a good problem to have I guess (I was able to taste it) and the press in the Isthmus didn't hurt either.

Looking forward to many years of great beers!

Cheers, David

I got chance to try your "Black Scotch" today.  This was an excellent scotch ale!  I fell in love with McEwan's years ago, but nobody carried it.  The Pig in Mayville carries Kiltlifter - which is very good, but pricy.  I happened to make one pass in the hopes of another scotch ale and there you were...we were made to be together!

I just wanted to wish you the best for the future.  I look forward to trying you other styles of beer.

Matt G.

O'so has some solid year round beers but the beer I think is going to put them on the map is Night Train Porter. A big dark beer with a deep chocolate/coffee noise. I am not a fan of porters but I really like this beer because it drinks more like a really creamy ale and I find that some porters have a real bitter finish but Night Train doesn't. Night Train is very drinkable and flavorful. Nerd City looks forward to O'so Brewing Company's contribution to the craft beer scene and if your Wisconsin keep an eye for them you can't miss their tap handles. Till next time, Cheers!

Hello!

I tried your Hopdinger this past weekend and loved it!  I live in Madison and am glad you were able to get distribution here!  Good work!  I'm sure you get this all the time, but if you are ever looking to hire some additional help I'd love to entertain the idea.  I work as a chemist in Madison now, but since my wife is from Plover we visit the area a lot.  Regardless of employment, I loved your beer and look forward to trying some more varities.  Keep up the good work!

Cheers!

Bill Rosenthal

Oso Brewmaster,
Belgian Dark is absolutely fabulous! It is my favorite currently. If at all feasible, you should consider adding Belgian Dark to your regular roles, and continue sending kegs to Shawano, please.

Thanks for the great beers!
Derek
Hi Katina and Mark,

Really appreciate your time today and you coming in early to accomodate us!  We all had a blast and truly enjoyed your beer!   It just proves to me once again beer people are the coolest people around and I'm really glad we got to meet you. I will proudly wear my super sized black T-shirt and hopefully spread the word about your beer! I hope to bring my family up in the near future.  You can bet I'll be calling you in advance, so I know you will be there.  Best of luck in your growth and sucess.

If you could email exactly how your twitter account is that way we can spread the word of your coolness :) that would be awesome

Simply delicious! Good luck finding it outside of the great state of Wisconsin

Marc,

This week my wife and I took a friend to Jennings Brew Pub where we enjoyed the Oso Hops, (nice flavor)then headed east to Anchor Bay for dinner first wetting the appetite with a mild bottle of Oso.

I missed seeing a small sign and a coaster with your logo -something to catch people at the bar.  Business people realize competing with the big boys is tough. Think about getting bids from various sign companies; priced to more then cover cost; then ask each establishments to purchase one, fee tol be refunded when their total business reaches a decent return on your investment. Everyone enjoys a challenge, moving a micro forward is only one of them.

Dear Marc,
I met you at the Great Taste (sampled the Picnic Ants, and Big O, bought a T-shirt, & had you sign my micro-label/master brewer book) and you gave me your card. I'm a newer member in the MHTG club that organized the event, and I'd like to stay abreast of your offerings, when you plan on releasing some bottled products in the Madison area, and how your brewery is fairing. Your brewery was my favorite "new" discovery at the festival, and I'd like to share the find w/friends. I was pleased to see the Picnic Ants on tap at the Malt House in Madison, so I imbibed a couple, but it looks like for the moment that is the only place any of your beer is available in the area. I've also visited your site (haven't read the long "News" link yet though), and I'd like to make a mini-road trip w/the wife in the next few weeks to check the place out. Best wishes, and thanks,
Ingo Kaufman

PS: Have you thought about adding some of your marketing products to the site (shirts and such?) for sale?

Hello Marc:
Miguel here, I had a few questions/comments for you.  I recently was set up with a homebrew kit from your wife and she has been absolutely awesome with all her help and knowledge, I really appreciate the service.  Also, I just wanted to tell you my girlfriend and I love your beers, they are some of the best we have ever had and we spent a year in Europe!  I am curious if I would be able to sit in on some of your brewings to learn the process from a professional?  Lastly, what do you do with your spent ingredients ( I could use them as fertilizer)?  Have a good weekend Marc and thanks for your time. ( I can be reached at this email anytime)

Hi Guys,
It was a very nice surprise to see your brewery at the Ice Cold in Minocqua. There was alot of buzz about the "new brewery" and I can honestly say you were a hit. Do you have a tasting room or pub on-site? We'd love to take a road trip to see your operation. Congrats on your recent success and good luck in the future.
Cheers! Bill Summers GNBF Committee
Hello:
just discovered your beer, almost by accident. It's pretty good. But, you know that already. Are you hiring? Could be a "taster" Or Seriously, I am good at shipping and warehousing. Anyway, Good luck in the future And thank god For small breweries!!!
Kind regards, Brad

Hey Marc!
Haven't talked to you in a while (this is Willie - the kid who got too drunk at last years May brew club meeting/graduation party and had to sleep on your couch) but I just wanted to say congrats on the finishing of O'so and all the hard work that has paid off! I can't wait to get back up there and visit you guys and taste the brews! Just to let you know, I did stop in at the Wine and Hop shop (I know, I'm sorry) to get a new airlock, and the service did not even compare to the friendly, helpful service you and Tina gave me at Point Brew Supply. As a result, I have not been back, and even though it means a much longer drive, I am committing my patronage solely to Point Brew Supply! On a different note, I wish I would have been able to take time out to go to the brew club meetings. Oh well, maybe next semester. I hope all else is well with you and hopefully I'll be able to stop by in the next upcoming weeks. Happy brewing!
Willie Szmanda

Man you ____en guys know how to brew! Your Special Release is freaking great!!!!!! I'm throwing down a bottle of Hopdinger as I type. I'm getting a nice green apple flavor coming through. "Hophead that I am, the hop aroma can never be too much. More dry hops! The big "O". overall...very drinkable. Perfect section beer. Here's how I see it. 1 Hopdinger, 3 Big "O"'s 1 Special Release. Repeat. Rock-on
Ted

Great beer! I am a big fan of trying new beer, similar to wine enthusiast who attend wine samplings, and had the privilege of drinking my first O'so beer (Hopdinger) at Springville Wharf with my dinner on April 4th, 2008. I enjoyed the flavor of Hopdinger so much that I proceeded to try the other O'so beer brands with dinner, enjoying each one. The mouth popping great taste led me straight to your store to buy some O'so beers for the frig at home (I'm having a tasty Belgian Style Dark as I type this e-mail). Unfortunately you were out of Night Train but I look forward to trying some at Guu's on Friday April 11th. I'll be sure to bring all the Usual Suspects down to Guu's on Friday for some lip smacking good tasting beer.
O'so Brewing is my new favorite brewing company, replacing New Glarius, and will always have a place in my frig for friends and family to enjoy. Good luck and happy brewing! Sincerely - O'so drinking fan for life,
Jason

I discovered your beer(s) last night at Club Forest! I tried every one execpt Belgian Dark (not a big fan of dark or bocks) and each had an exceptional taste, yet I enjoyed the Big O the most! You offer up a very good, smooth beverage and I think that you are going to do very well in your endeavors! One question/suggestion, could you tell me the alcohol content (and calories, if possible) of each beer and possibly add the info to your website? Also, you should consider come to the Wisconsin Rapids Fall Brew Review on Sept. 13th at Robinson Park! Contact the Lion's Club at 715-423-0669 and get in on the party
Sincerely, Cyndi Pope

Hi Guys:
I want to let you know that I just opened a bottle of Rusty Red. This is the easiest beer I've had in about twenty years. I kid you not. Very fresh, it can sit next to wine on my table anytime. My daughter and I were both quite impressed with both of your stores cleanliness and your organization. I had no trouble finding what I wanted.
I feel safe in saying that SA will have to move over and make room for you. Ha. You're bringing Big Beer back to Wisconsin where it belongs.
I'm brewing the Berry Beer tonite. Thanks again. Lona Bremer
