Our Beers

3rd Wheel summer beer which is a Belgian blonde brewed with rose hips and infused with paradise seeds in the firkin.

Memory Lane is a German Pilsner style beer, brewed with all German hops, Munich and Pilsner malt. The hops are the showcase of this beer and last through the finish. Expect light and crisp, yet flavorful from the hops. We are releasing this beer on draught July 28th, then in bottles starting November, which is Alzheimer's Awareness Month. This will be added to our lineup our year round offerings, and we have pledged to continue to give 5% of the proceeds of every beer sold to the Alzheimer's Association of Wisconsin for the life of the beer. Grandpa would be proud!

The Big O^TM

A zippy light bodied beer that showcases a brilliant malt presence touched off by a subtle hop finish and a lasting impression of sun dappled oranges. ABV: 4.6%

Hopdinger^TM

This pale ale is generously hopped yet balanced through the use of Munich and Crystal malts. Hops added after fermentation gives this American classic an intense aromatic bouquet. Enjoy! ABV: 6%, 49 IBUs, 14 SRM

Rusty Red^TM

A smooth malty Red Ale with hints of carmel and roast. Inspired by the beers of Vienna with a added twist of American style. "Rusty Red, this ones for you!" ABV: 6%, 28 IBUs, 26 SRM

Night Train^TM

This complex Oatmeal porter is as black as coal that fueled locomotives for generations Made with judicious amounts of crystal and chocolate malt for a rich, smooth, creamy experience. Go ahead and jump on the night train. Enjoy! During Festival Season 2008 & 2009, Night Train has won O'so Five of Six awards! ABV: 7.2%, 49 IBUs, 86 SRM

Hop Whoopin ^TM

^{This is an all out taste bud assult. Hop Whoopin delivers up freakish goodness in a lopsided hop bomb. Don't ask the IBU's, try the IBU's (95 professionally analyzed). Smell the mixed bouquet of citrus and pine before unleashing the bitter terror. Your tongue will never forgive you! 7% ABV, tap only currently. 4 pks. coming in 2012.}

O-toberfest^TM

This O-toberfest is a malty fall classic beer. ABV: 5.9% This one is coming back in bottles this year!

This beer will be brewed this year as a true lager, it will condition and should be available late summer, early fall!

Doe in Heat^TM

This beer is coming back in 2012, it is made for the deer camp group. NEW Blaze orange packaging and label, light easy drinking 12 oz. beer. ABV: 4.5%.

Lupulin Maximus^TM

The second you open this bottle there is no mistaking that this is not your average IPA. Massive hop additions of the most obnoxious breeds put this taste bud burner in a league all it's own. Our bet is that you will think it is O'so Freakishly good!  Caution! This brew is 9% and may contain a hop cone in every bottle!!!

The Dominator Dopplebock^TM

The Dominator Dopplebock is a huge malty dopplebock dubbed the Hoppel bock because of its strong noble hop finish. 4 pack/12 oz. bottles. ABV 8.5 %

Dank^TM

Anniversary offering, Imperial Red. Heavily hopped and oak aged, very balanced. 12 oz. bottles; 4 pack. ABV: 9.2%

Released in early winter; while supplies last. Limited Release.

Spike's^TM

Every spring when the sap flows, we pay homage to my late great grandfather Spike by crafting a special beer. This year's earthy, pale amber ale is crafted with enigmatic crystal malts and finished with cascade hops to create a dry, spicy, floral finish. Enjoy with your pancakes, Spike would have!

Picnic Ants^TM

(Discontinued in 2012, coming back in 2012) Picnic Ants is an Imperial Saison fermented extremely warm with Belgian yeast. 12 oz. bottles; 7.2 % ABV, 4 packs. ABV: 7.1%
