The Venue - Rentable Large Space

Service Description

Space is 4800 sq ft. Potential use of the 222" screen depending on the event. Can be diced into 1/2 the space if need be at 2400 sq ft. Block off with barrels for privacy of the general public, or leave it semi closed with lower barrel racks. In order to guarantee space in the venue, it must be rented unless a contracted "must spend" is in place. Full day rate is $1250 for 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. 100% private space, 200 - 225 capacity in the venue alone, add on the mezzanine for more capacity and privacy. This includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. Additional seating must be rented through the rental company. The more information you submit to us when looking for a space rental, the quicker we can work through rentals. If you send us "grad party" and that is it.... well lets just say, my response time may take a bit because I really don't have much to work with.
