With the success of the Continental, which used Champagne Currants, we offer you, a barrel aged sour re-fermented on local red currants.
Available in 750ml bottles, and a small amount of 1/6 barrels. Ask your local bars, and liquor stores about Current Eventualities.
Following our Continental sour, that was made with Champagne Currents, we chose to make another sour that would be extremely tart. Currents as a whole are very upfront tart in comparison to other fruits, so we chose to use red currents in this iteration of sour.
