Service Staff (Bar & Kitchen Hybrid Role)
O’so Brewing Co. & Pizzeria – Plover, WI
Position Overview
O’so Brewing Co. & Pizzeria is hiring Service Staff for a hybrid Bar + Kitchen role. This position blends food preparation, guest service, and bar support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who care about quality, cleanliness, and customer experience, and who are interested in building a long-term career with us.
Compensation
• Kitchen: $14/hour + tips (Average $20–$22/hour)
• Bar: $8/hour base + tips (Average $20–$25/hour)
Hours & Scheduling
• Currently looking to add in two 30+ hour a week staff.
• Kitchen hours:

Wednesday: 11 AM – 8 PM

Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM
-
Friday: 11 AM – 9 PM
-
Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PM
-
Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
• Bar hours:

Flexible scheduling

Must be willing to work some weekends

More weekend availability = more earning potential
Big events and busy weekends are major income opportunities.
Responsibilities
Depending on shift and business needs, team members may:
• Prepare and serve food following established recipes and procedures
• Assist with bar service and guest interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Handle high-volume service during peak hours and events
• Work closely with teammates across departments
• Deliver consistent, friendly customer service
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational standards

Prior kitchen, serving, or bartending experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training for the right candidates.

Additional Requirements
