🌲 Introducing Our Newest IPA: Clear, Crisp, and Campfire-Ready

This one goes out to those of you who aren’t fans of hazy IPAs—we see you.

Meet our latest creation: a Northwoods-inspired IPA brewed to be bright, crisp, and totally refreshing. At 6% ABV, it’s everything you want in a clear IPA—bold hop flavor, a clean finish, and zero haze.

🍻 What Makes It Special

We stayed true to classic IPA roots, but added a modern twist:

• Hops: Strata, Sabro, Simcoe, and Wisconsin-grown Chinook

• Malt: 100% sourced from Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. in Chilton, WI

  • Featuring Brewers Malt with subtle touches of Munich and Crystal malts

• Yeast: A one-off Northern IPA yeast from Lallemand Brewing

🧪 Fun fact: This yeast is an experimental release and won’t be available again—so this IPA is truly one-of-a-kind and can’t be exactly replicated.

🌿 The Flavor

While we bend tradition slightly by using newer hop varieties like Sabro and Strata, the blend is perfectly balanced—each hop comes through without overpowering the others. The result? A crystal-clear IPA with layers of citrus, pine, and subtle tropical notes, finishing dry and clean.

No haze. No fluff. Just great beer.
