If you’ve ever been to O’so and didn’t see a pizza coming out of the kitchen… it was probably our Italian Beef Sandwich. Month after month, it outsells our other two sandwiches combined—and for good reason.
So, what’s the secret behind its legendary status?
We handcraft it from scratch, and unlike some regional takes, our version proudly pays homage to our Kenosha roots, where Italian-American food is more than tradition—it's culture.
🥩 Made with Love (and a Lot of Flavor)
Each batch starts with locally sourced chuck roll, generously rubbed with our own house seasoning blend. Then, we slow cook it with copious amounts of pepperoncini and giardiniera for over 12 hours, locking in layers of flavor.
After the roast is done, everything goes into our massive house mixer—where the magic happens. The au jus is fully blended into the meat, resulting in what we call wet beef. You won’t get a cup of jus on the side—it’s already infused right into every bite.
We then chill it overnight to firm it up before it’s ready to serve.
