The Barrel Room - Rentable Large Space

Service Description

Barrel room can accommodate around 100-150 people pretty comfortably. Most private space with access through a gate from the Venue. We have hosted a full weddings back there, comedy, retirement parties, holiday parties, graduation parties, wedding showers, baby showers and so much more! In order to guarantee space in the barrel room, it must be rented. Half day rate is $460 for 4 hour party, one hour of set up and one hour of tear down between the hours of 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. 100% private space. The fee includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. Additional seating must be rented through the rental company. The Atrium lights go off automatically at 11 p.m. so we need to have everyone through the atrium by time they do, so we ask guests to leave the space at 9 p.m. and only have guests back there if they are cleaning up and packing up. At 10 p.m. our team will come back to begin clean up for the next day. The more information you submit to us when looking for a space rental, the quicker we can work through rentals. If you send us "grad party" and that is it.... well lets just say, my response time may take a bit because I really don't have much to work with.
